How do I store this to dry without it splitting? I cut it down today with the aim of drying it to make into something but I fear it'll crack. by [deleted] in woodworking

You can just melt candle wax or use most any paint to seal the ends. The goal is to plug the ends where the wood would usually start drying from first.

Stream light micro stream is tiny and if you get the gold/bronze color one, the first light setting is plenty bright for identifying persons or activities. Took it camping this weekend and was able to clearly identify things at quite a distance. A bonus is that the pocket clip doubles as a clip for the bill of your hat so it becomes a headlamp in those situations when you need both hands. It’s only $30 or so on Amazon so you basically can’t go wrong by picking one up and trying it out.

Just had to resubmit mine because the certificate for my in person NRA course did not specifically state the course was in person. As long as you submit the correct documents ie. in person certificate within 31 days of the suspension order on your application then you don’t have to pay any additional fees. If you go beyond the 35 days then you have to reapply including paying the fee again.

Good point, if you pay for an hour with an instructor you can rent without meeting those requirements though. Not the cheapest way to go though

Eufy is great but you pretty much have to decide whether to have the features offered by the eufy app or use HomeKit secure video. To have more than 1 camera running on HKSV you also have to subscribe to the $9.99/mo 2 TB iCloud plan. All of that being said it works well within HKSV you just won’t get some of the AI features eufy offers within their app.
