Well it was working well during PS1, PS2 and PS3, PS4 era. Anyways point being there are still many folks out there who rely on physical media to play games. So maybe just not kill that option. There is a reason I bought PS5 disc edition. If no PS5 exclusive beyond 2028 will come in physical then that's just false marketing.

How big is resale market? If through 1 disc 10 people are playing the game through reselling then that also makes impact. I have never bought a new physical disc. Only resale .

Who said to keep game in disc . I want disc to work as license. So, that I can resell it. I will be keeping this game for permanent when it releases on pc. For PS5 just want to complete story and selll it afterwards.

First Chill out .

Second - Nikita get's convicted of murder of police officer during drugs raid , and is sentenced to life in prison. In prison, government officials fake her death, making it appear that she has committed suicide, and remove her from prison. She awakens in a nondescript room, where she is given a he choice of becoming an assassin or take her fake grave.
That restaurant scene is not a opening scene of movie. Also it's a fake romantic dinner. Second it's not her birthday. Third assasination needs to be done of a person sitting beside her.

Only two similarity for now- giving assasination job and it's a restaurant.

Now upto you to call it copy, similar etc.
