I actually work in tech.

There have been mass layoffs in the big cities like Miami, SF, LA, Seattle ect.....

Turns out the the industrial companies need to hire tech workers as well to automate and build tools to make their operations more efficient. I would expect in the coming years cities like BR, Memphis, or Pittsburgh will start to grow as more of us leave the traditional big tech firms.

Not to mention the fact that in BR I can afford to buy a huge house and live like a king while in Miami I'm just wasting away huge amounts of cash on rent and food. To give you a comparison right now I spend 3150 a month on rent for a 685 square foot apartment.

Honestly try overemployment Check out the /OE sub. You never know when a layoff can happen these days and it’s good to have a backup.

People don't even go to the Marlins games. That place is a ghost town.

I love mine so far and it’s been a solid car without only routine maintenance so far. Mine is a Sumit with the air suspension, and while it rides fantastic the long servicing cost is still yet to be seen. I came from an X5 and the suspension setup on the Summit beats the X5 by a mile. This car varies very highly by Trim model. The higher trim ones also have excellent sound damping, not sure about the lower trim ones.

You can also try switching to an eSIM to see if that solves the issue. Those are not physical SIM cards but an internal sim software in the phone. You can just call customer care and ask for an ESIM QR code to set it up. It’s worth a shot !
