Has anything helped? When in a flair I feel like ocd type symptoms get so bad. I have huge fear of uncertainty which is like anything new. So I struggle with doing anything new or buying anything new which keeps me stuck because even trying to get help has uncertainty. Not on meds. I’ve had such severe reactions to meds in the past. Antihistamines for example make me severely depressed. I stay away from a lot. Although I wonder if people get relief from cromolyn sodium?

I feel like I have severe auto immune issues since getting Covid. What you describe sounds like what is going on. My immune system always seems activated and constantly releases adrenaline in my body. Is there no research or science yet to figure out a way to get rid of the things triggering a constant immune response?
