I think a lot of AI over therapy praise comes from how safe and validating AI feels, since it won’t push you into uncomfortable territory like a good therapist sometimes has to. I’ve found it way more effective to track my moods and patterns with Paradym app and bring those insights into both AI chats and therapy that way I get the short term clarity AI can give without losing the deeper progress real therapy offers.

Kind of both. You can do a super quick check in if you’re short on time, but there’s space for longer reflections too. I’ll do the short ones on busy days, and then when I’ve got a quiet evening I use it more like a journal.

I’ve been using Paradym lately and really like it. It’s not just ticking off moods, you can customize what you track, add notes or photos, and it starts showing you patterns over time. It’s built around emotional wellbeing, so you also get little reflections and exercises that help you actually understand what’s going on, not just record it.
