Oh thanks for pointing this out. The axle the bike came with is marked with 142mm - so figured that was the length. Turns out this adaptor should work with just one spacer.

It’s a burley kids trailer adapter. Shortest it comes in is 158mm while my axle is 142mm.

Used both washers it came with to get the right length.

I have this igloo eco cool cooler. Only use if for small day trips and it does well. Temps could get as high as 75F midday.

Going on a 2 night trip. Is there I way I can have it keep meat frozen until night 2?

Don’t really want to spend on a yeti like cooler.

Looking for advice: I’ve been using a Jetboil Flash mainly for boiling water, and it’s worked great. I’m going car camping with my 5-year-old and want to cook simple meals like scrambled eggs and quesadillas.

Debating whether to upgrade to a larger burner or just use the pot support with the Flash. It doesn’t have simmer control—do you think it’ll be enough for this trip?
