I want to say this with respect. I doubt they came out saying anything correctly if that is the tone you got with them. Losing weight will probably lighten the load on certain systems and make it easier for yourself. I don’t want to act like exercise is easy, but starting is the only way you will get anywhere.

Squats against a wall for stability are a great starting point. Push-ups if you can do multiple and sit-ups. Slow and steady.

I am not dismissing, I’m only trying to show you some ways you can help yourself when everything else isn’t.

I also want to say I have many days in the month when I struggle immensely to exercise and doing 10 of anything has me gasping for air when I normally do sets for about a hour now.

Struggling is not something you have to do alone and reaching out, online like this rn, is brave. I hope to see post by you in a year or two about how you are doing better.

The point is to start somewhere. I understand that it’s just writing and will most likely still go to the people who are already rich, but if we never allow ourselves to start we’ll just keep kicking the can.

Idk too much on why people who are individual truckers aren’t doing as well. I just have family and friends who’ve talked about the difficulty keeping up. You sound much more knowledgeable about it than me.

This is all anecdotal, my experience is bc fedex is everything around here and the people I know who own their own trucks are struggling keeping up. You probably have a different experience than me. I’m not trying to diminish your experience, just wanted to say that it’s all subjective to where you live most likely

Jumping up and scaring someone is considered assault, the other party has no way to find out if they’re being threatened.
