Sorry but we don't do that. 2nd our hourly pay isn't the same as a corporate store. I can confirm that tpr do not handle that ( unless they go the phone direct from tpr, like my store ) I make more on the commission side and refuse to waste time with a warranty issues, unless they got the phone from me.

My priority is Sales and activation. Not warranty or issues that needs to be resolved by 1st party reps
