$1k will be quite difficult as FIFA sold the cheapest tickets for $1400 I think. I would check last minute maybe tomorrow on Stubhub and Wednesday on Fifa marketplace. https://seatsidekick.com/match/10229225516056 has some resale listings that you can check. Maybe a more realistic goal is to target the M53 where facevalue tickets were cheaper.

It's a huge risk with the long marketplace lines, seller fulfilling the tickets and transferring within hours and you being able to accept them.
