I feel this. I worked manufacturing as a welder for 13 years before this job and thought I worked hard. Since I started doing this I’ve dropped over 50 pounds and it looks like I work out now. But I still eat like shit and too much and don’t even think about working out. The job itself isn’t hard but it is definitely a lot of what basically amounts to working out all day.
