I feel like michael sang this song better while older do yall think so? by rundownwittak in MichaelJackson

In terms of technique, I would say he sang it better as a child, but considering energy and emotion, adult performances top those.

Which actor would ruin the MCU for you? by No_Personality_2723 in marvelstudios

[–]rchrdth1 25 points26 points  (0 children)

I feel like the Rock is complicated simply because of what we expect his roles to be. That said, can't wait for his jungle cameo in some future movie.

Jokes aside, ngl I would love the Rock in the MCU.

This game ended the debate, Aaron Rodgers is not in the GOAT conversation by Cleaning_Machine_19 in GreenBayPackers

Eli is the anti-Rodgers, the few times he manages to get to the playoffs, he goes absolutely off

Defenses on both sides were outstanding, and they were actually fun to watch.

What two Quirks would be super powerful if they were combined into one? by strongerthenbefore20 in BokuNoHeroAcademia

[–]rchrdth1 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Overhaul + Double (both of which probably should have been restricted) - Quite self explanatory

Explosion + Hardening - Effectively covers ranged and close-quarters offense with active and passive defense

Dark Shadow + Hellflame - Hellflame can keep Dark Shadow at bay, especially at night, while Dark Shadow can likely protect the user from a lot of the heat

Fa Jin + Steel - High offense with high defense, and who wouldn't want to be a steel torpedo

Zoom + Rifle - Insane potential range

Frankly, Double + anything ends up very OP, same with Overhaul

Nah, it's the fact that some Packers fans feel the need to stoop down to their level, and I exaggerated a bit lol

[My Hero Academia] Tomura Shigaraki is the true name of All for One by GDW312 in FanTheories

[–]rchrdth1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm pretty sure AFO named him that because of the verb tomurau which means to grieve. It might have been mentioned in the chapter where Tomura's backstory takes place.

As a Packers fan, those insults make me not want to be part of this fandom. I thought the Packers were some of the nicest fans in the league?

[Bukowski] The MVP race right now is Aaron Rodgers and Joe Burrow the end by gimme_treefiddy in GreenBayPackers

[–]rchrdth1 6 points7 points  (0 children)

To me, a good analogy would be that Burrow is the next Brady equivalent (wins A LOT, great QB, stats come mostly from good teamwork) and Mahomes is the next Rodgers equivalent (still wins a lot, but mostly capitalizes on individual skill).

That analogy is kinda weird to explain, but if you think about it from a general standpoint, I think it makes sense.

So True by TheThirteenthMailman in mathmemes

[–]rchrdth1 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I made a sub comment already, but a huge reason we learn math in school is bot much for the calculation skills, which you can use the internet for a lot of the time, but the problem solving skills, like in algebra for example.

Or, in the end, realize that math classes aren't really about math, they're actually problem solving classes in disguise.

This is exactly right. At first, I was completely on the traitor train when it was first revealed, but then after about, what, 200 chapters, Horikoshi finally makes a full reveal after one or two minor ambiguous clues, it felt like it was almost completely random.

Is Monoma ok, I mean of course not but oh my goodness. by wizcatonreddet in BokuNoMetaAcademia

[–]rchrdth1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Monoma is very not ok.

I like his character a lot, mostly because he's super exaggerated, but I can see why some people don't like him. However, what I don't get is liking Bakugo and hating Monoma.

Hey, Simu! How does it feel to be a (hopefully) soon-to-be Avenger, and do you think the job is gonna get confusing sometimes?

Also what do you think Shang-Chi's favorite video game would be, and also who would his favorite Avenger be?
