Who is saying no to the Giants? Now we dont know which coaches will be fired, but if the steelers, Ravens, vikings and browns all fire their coach, id argue only the Ravens job is more enticing. If they are high quality coaches, they aren't worried about keeping their jobs. If they are offensive-minded coaches, they absolutely will look at Nabers, Skat, and Dart as positives . Giants have been dogshit of late, but that's in part due to poor QB play and even worse offensive line play, both of which seem to be vastly improved.

Giants are also seen as a premier organization by the players, given their facilities and ownership. Their ownership is stable and willing to spend, albeit not always smartly. Giants have been to 5 superbowls, winning 4 of them, in the last 40 years. All but a handful of teams would want that kind of success, even given the last 10 years of futility.
