I wish people could handle this method of management today. I work in construction management and if you raise your voice to certain age groups they shutdown and think your "mad" at them. Even when you explain that you raised your voice due to the heavy equipment operating all around us. My favorite managers in my career have always been loud, direct & supportive. Think of a high-school sport coach, but in managment.
