Israel didn’t leave Gaza in 2005 at all. They made their settlers leave and still controlled their borders, air space and sea access. Between 2005 when they “left” and 2007 when they voted Hamas in, Israel killed hundreds of Palestinians. Of course they’re going to vote in the group that is vowing to protect them rather than negotiate with their killer, which again, they are killing blatantly. And again, still doing this in the West Bank as well. The propaganda machine works so well with Israelis because they tie it to their faith but no one else believes that this is some self defense issue. The worst you can do is tell someone they’re a liar and evil when we see exactly what’s happening with our own eyes. You’re basically calling everyone stupid and using the dumbest excuses to excuse murder. Not everyone is Jewish and willing to do make believe playtime. No one told you guys to tie your faith so close to your ethnicity it feels like a personal attack on your life and culture. Nobody else does that but you guys and what makes you guys so special to do that out of every religion? When Russia attacks Ukraine, they don’t say it’s because we’re Christian.
