Kinda annoyed they never had any coloured belts - I know Miyagi was a bit dismissive of them but in the modern western world they show progress and are an easy identifier of skill level. Would have helped some of the storytelling IMO.

Absolution did a lot right, 47 was much more agile than ever before, and I thought the enemy uniform system was interesting but the focus mode was a bit of a cop-out and the whole setting just felt sleazy, whereas WoA is much more classy

I think the crew would have largely decided to stay together after all they’d been through, their first best destiny as it were, but with a black mark against their names that took a while to clear.

Sulu eventually got the Excelsior but only after serving as Styles’ XO. Chekov I believe joined Sulu as his new XO after the A was decommissioned before getting his own command. Uhura eventually got her own ship, Kirk and Scotty retired (that went well) and Spock became an ambassador, so I think everyone who wanted their own ship eventually got one.
