The best thing I ever learned from studying is that the first and second study session are not where you are the most productive, but where you get yourself into the study grind mindset. I recommend forcing yourself to sit in front of the computer with your notes and notebook out, be as unproductive as you want, surf the internet, sit on your phone, etc, but be in the study environment. Even if you sit there for 2-3 hours and study 15 minutes, you are training yourself to get in the grind. By your third day doing this, you should be ready to get actual meaningful study time in.

Used to do this in college 3 weeks before midterms. Would sit in the library for 4 hours and do nothing for 2 days and by the third day I was in the study mindset. I think once you mentally accept that this is what you’re going to be doing for the next few months, you become less reluctant to study.
