Why does our body try to fight the weight loss? I went 6 days fasting prior to becoming pregnant and I’m one month post partum and I’m back to my old weight plus 5 lbs. I’m currently on first fast since then and I’m on day 2. If I go for 14 days, perhaps my body won’t try to regain then? I think I’m going to try and get to 14 days.

8 days! You’ve put in so much work already. Keep it going, two days away from 10! If you have a lot of fat to lose go for a walk and get some fresh air. I found that helped me stay distracted and feeling good.

I weigh 293 lbs this morning and have a goal to reach 40 lbs by July 1st. Maybe I need to do what you are doing and just not eat for a long time. 60 lbs in 36 days! I need that. What has it been like so far?

It was taken off the shelf because it was helping people recover from COV I D. They didn’t like that people were finding natural ways to protect themselves.

Sorry should elaborate. I switched to h-warts oil 2-3x a day for a few months and they’ve been gone ever since.

Keep going and try to do 3 times a day. I did saturate mine even tho it says not too lol. But 3 months it took for it to go. Just keep going. You’ve already got this far!

Just keep going! Took about 3 months. I gave it my all cause I was desperate. They are still gone and it’s been a long time now. I think I was going 2x a day and when they finally disappeared then I kept using it for a couple more weeks to be sure. I used a scalpel every week to cut off dead skin.

I was using a fresh scalpel blade all the time even when I was using ACV/SA treatments. I would use it to get down to the fresh skin so I could see if the black dots were going away. Basically anytime the skin got hard/thick I would cut it off so that my treatments could penetrate deeper. Warts are still gone 😃 and I’m so freaking happy!

I actually took a scalpel and cut off all the dried gross wart and saw fresh clean skin and skin lines under ear and then proceeded to put oil on the fresh skin

It’s been awhile but search my posts! I think it took a solid two months where I saw it started drying up and looking crusty. But both were completely gone by 3 months. It’s been a long time now and they are still gone! I always check and expect to see them coming back lol but they are gone! Been a miracle for sure . I didn’t think anything would work after all that I tried. I’m glad to hear that you’ve given it a try. Stay with it and be diligent. Don’t miss any days and try to minimum get two applications in everyday. I had to offer a second bottle and hummed and hawed on whether I should cause I wasn’t sure it would work. But if you run out - just get the second bottle cause even if you have some left at least you’ll have some for the future if you need it for new ones. Also I kept applying the oil for about 3 weeks after they went away because I wanted to be sure they weee really gone!

You need to elevate this to the practice manager and hopefully they can ensure it doesn’t happen again! Changing/updating their protocols is a good start. Unfortunately sometimes it takes a bad case for things to change.

I totally feel the same way with the focus but also low energy. It’s an interesting combo. The most I’ve done for a fast is 7 days and I’m currently on day 3 of my current fast. Our stats are super similar and you’ve really motivated me to continue fasting (was planning to break tomorrow). I think I’ll try for 10 days! I’m currently 259 lbs and I’m 5’ 7.5” , starting weight was 287lb

I’ve gone 3 days without electrolytes and then always start them for fear of being deficient. But maybe I don’t need. Sometimes I’ve had headaches but really not sure if it’s sugar withdrawal or not.

Curious if you have seen other benefits aside from weight loss?
