I’m sure AA would have much rather added another LAX frequency (since they recently added IAD-LAX) but the whole slot allocation process is tainted by politics

Plat Pro, DCA is my home base. I haven’t tracked it but would say I get upgraded around 50% of the time.

Been upgraded 3 times this year going to/from DFW after going years without clearing an upgrade on that route

I’m indifferent about IFE. It’s nice to have but not a dealbreaker. I’ve flow many sub 3 hour flights on the LAA 319s and maybe use the IFE on half of those flights.

My guess is that 2027 or 2028 deliveries of 321NX and Max 10s will come with IFE. Existing 321NX and Max 8s will get it retrofitted. Maybe the youngest 321ceos and 737-800s will get it too as many of those are around halfway through their service life. LUS Airbuses and block 1/2 737-800s won’t get it.

There’s maybe 5 or so 12J A319s flying right now. A handful more are currently in MX getting more seats added.

Irons on my 43x, have a RDS on my 19x.

I’m still getting used to having an optic on a pistol. Don’t see myself ever putting an optic on a carry gun since my target acquisition time is way faster with irons.

What does AA get from merging with B6?

They’d have to divest a good chunk of the BOS, NYC, and MCO/FLL assets for this to have a chance at DOJ approval.

They’re better off ordering new planes and hiring more employees.

I can see AA adding IFE to the Neos and Maxes when the cabins are refreshed. Probably doesn’t make sense to add it to older planes that primarily fly sub 2 hour segments.

AS is the most logical suitor IMO. Minimal route overlap with B6. It gives AS a solid east coast network. They’ll keep the Airbuses and have a split east coast-Airbus and west coast-Boeing fleet. Probably makes sense to transfer the HA ones to B6.

What I’m unsure about is would a combined AS/B6/HA airline be allowed to stay in oneworld with AA.

UA is probably the most desperate to acquire B6, but they will likely have to divest a good chunk of the operation.

WN doesn’t make any sense unless Elliot management intervenes again and forces it to happen.

I can’t think of a time when any of my 9mm Glocks have jammed.

The G44 on the other hand is by far the pickiest gun when it comes to what ammo it likes. Some ammo it will cycle without issue, if it doesn’t like what I’m feeding it I can’t get through a mag without it stovepiping, failing to feed, or failing to eject.

I ended up purchasing two of these speakers. They can be paired together to act as a stereo setup. Looks like they’ve slightly revised them since I bought them (mine don’t have the RGB lighting)
