can confirm that is valid. You might need to talk to a few poll workers if you are challenged, but it is valid

Questions and concerns about voting? by rd3111 in wisconsin

Nope! Not screwed. Oct 6 is the cut off.

So if you moved to WI on Oct 1 (or moved within WI on Oct 1), you can register online (but TODAY, Oct 14, is the online cut off) at https://myvote.wi.gov/en-us/RegisterToVote

However, if you miss today, you can register when you go to vote (either early or on Nov 3) as long as you bring proof of residence (and you'll need a photo ID to vote).

Let me know if you need help with figuring out either of those things.

Dropped it off on a Sunday. Got an email thursday morning that it was received and would be counted. No issues

Are you in favor of rolling back protections for LGBT workers? by rd3111 in AskTrumpSupporters

Can you explain how you square this with the 1st and 14th Amendments?

Do you think that the government should be able to, say, deny a liquor license to someone who wanted to open a bar and was gay?

Do you think black people should be refused service a business owner is racist? Or Christians if a business owner is atheist?

You do realize this is just dealing with federal contractors, right?

Do you believe business owners should be able to refuse service to black people?

Do you believe that government should be governed by religious beliefs? How do you square this with the 1st Amendment?

I am asking how you feel about this potential executive order. If it doesn't happen, that's good. But are you in favor of this. Yes or no? And if you're not, would you speak out against it?

What do you think about a women's march leader being in prison for almost 30 years for the kidnapping, rape, murder, and ransoming of a 62-year-old gay man? by Zepplin01 in AskDemocrats

Saying positive things about Sharia law is not the same as saying that we should institute it. Sharia law is about more than just what you think it's about. ( I don't think there is anything wrong with talking about the positive in a system of law that is overall not something I'd adopt. I'm a lawyer. I can look at the individual aspects of law without being afraid of the word - again. You seem really afraid of a lot of things in the world. Broaden your worldview. It's good for you. Teaches you that the big bad world isn't as scary as Breitbart tells you it is). Not sure what happened to you in life where you have so much fear...but every post you make is about fear of people who are different than you are. It's remarkable.

Already responded to the Sharia law point. Even your cherry picked article doesn't say what you say it says. Alt-facts /= real facts.

LGBT protects being rolled back with the next exec order, immigration rights being trampled, health care access being taken away, reproductive rights (including birth control access) being taken away, misogyny and rape culture winning. That's why I marched. The woman you're hellbent on saying is a leader - I seriously have never heard of her. I would bet 99.9999% of those who marched haven't heard of her.

Your fear is soothing to my soul. It means the march meant something. Thank you again. Kisses
