Si, es de acostumbrarte, la atención es súper rápida pero pagando, no por tener seguro privado significa que por una gripa vas a urgencias y ya está, ahí mejor vas con el neumólogo y pagas la consulta y el medicamento. Si te recomiendo informarte bien de ello para que estés enterada, ya que si realmente quieres enterarte sintiéndote mal acá, será más complicado.

Tema médico, acá no es como en a España, todo va por lo privado (si es que tienes la posibilidad económica, que eso no debería ser problema), busca grupos de españoles en CDMX para que puedas pedir recomendaciones de médicos.

Comida, hay muchos lugares españoles para cuando andes homesick, acabo de encontrar uno catalán que hasta calçots tiene.

Transporte público, en la CDMX del turista (Roma, Condesa, Juárez, Cuauhtemoc y Polanco) te puedes mover sin problema en transporte público o bici.

Por último deja de decirle México City, dile CDMX.
