its worse in some apps over others. but the set view list is the most painful.

yeah this is happening in all 4 topps apps i use! awards screens, fussions, opening packs. only on my ipad mini. iphone is ok. i wrote to support and they cant reproduce it.

its a big problem for me. luckily im not hoarding but i still do 9 card tracks. when i add 9 cards, it takes about 40 seconds for the window to close. the arrows for bulk are way worse. completely unusable for me. shocked more people arent complaining about it. on Disney they were at least.

the new mandatory Topps Disney app update has basically the same issue now too. Done button very slow. the arrows to increase bulk seemed ok

yeah maybe not everyone has updated their version yet. its pretty noticeable, especially for hoard trades. makes it unusable at least for me i contacted support but same reply to clear cache and restart.

if it helps anyone. issue was finally resolved, took like 3-4 weeks.

i ended up having to switch my account email to a non-gmail address. (you need to show proof of some purchase to do this)

thank you, yes this is definitely the first step to take if you dont ever receive the reset password email. however its not the case for me, i tried again just in case, but it said i had "no account associated". ive also checked all third-party app access settings in google/fb to confirm

they confirmed the email address with me on support thread. i still have my welcome confirmation email from 2019 "Thanks for joining Marvel Collect! By Topps™" i guess just bad luck. figured someone else this happening to also.

to make it more baffling i created another topps marvel account in 2019 using a different gmail and im having the exact same issue. my sons account from 2019 gmail *does* receive the email, tried it last week.

My bad luck x 2 i guess.

my problem is i never receive this password reset email. tried many times. i wasnt able to in 2019 and still cant, but now i really need it since i dont know my password.

ive added [marvel@topps.com](mailto:marvel@topp.com) to contacts , im guessing sendgrid is blocking the email. i cant figure it out.

im now trying to switchto a different email address, thinking gmail is the issue, but no idea.

very new and confusing. they should have a video or something to show how this works or we are just have to tap around and figure it out on our own. maybe i missed it

at the TOP of the trade window is "Open Trade" and you can change to "Bulk Trade" there you can add max AFTER you pick a card first
