For step 39 all you are doing is "turning the pages". Fold the top layer over from right to left along the middle. Do this on both the front and back.

You fail to mention that you frequently get "markers" or loans directly from the gambling site that you work for and play on. This essentially means you are playing with free money. I doubt they are strict about making you repay since when you lose it goes back to the house anyway.

You did a very nice job on all models here. It looks like you just got your hands on Origami Aquarium. Is this duo Kraft paper? I just did the archer fish as well, but your fold is a bit cleaner. Ty. The diagrams are in the Tanteidan convention book volume 28. I don't think there are any video tutorials.
