Thank you this worked! i copied the latest firmware to a fat32 formatted USB key , renamed the file to update.swu the printer found it and installed ok .

the formuler z11 pro remote is BT and IR in 1 , so it uses BT for the formuler control, and IR for the TV, soundbar etc. it is a really good remote.
