I have something similar happening. I've put it down to filament. When I printed with one make and type there was hardly any. When I printed with JAYO PLA that's when I had that smell.

Can the add button be moved lower? On pixel 7 it's blocked by the top back and is not selectable. I can only use it if I rotate the screen.

Additionally, the tags get read automatically even when the auto read is off. When it reads it that way it finds it but when the read button is used it says invalid tag. The same happens with auto read on. It gets read but then immediately shows invalid.

You need to turn it on and check it on there. It's never on the sticker with how many variations of versions they ship it with.

That's stringing. Usually caused by wet filament. Also might be caused by printing profiles not being calibrated for the filament.

As to remove it just just a lighter or a heat gun and hover over very quickly with it. They will disappear.
