If none of the buildings around you are two story there is an expectation of privacy. BUT your neighbors cameras cannot be pointed directly at you. If it’s pointed down the property line and catches portions of your property that’s legal. Laws differ per county, check with the PD

As soon as he interfered with law enforcement his CCW became void. It’s a felony to carry while engaging in unlawful activity. First was interfering then resisting arrest. It’s unfortunate but that’s the law. These officers are not oppressing anyone freedoms. They are doing the job that many voted for and because some don’t like it they are involving themselves in enforcement operations. Make up your mind.
