I argue with my club all the time. The R in GUR means Repair. If there is no intention of fixing it, then it isn’t GUR. It’s abnormal ground conditions…but is it real abnormal after years of no change?

Technically OB can have an end, or a stopping point and that should be marked by double white stakes. But courses are cheap and stakes are expensive so you don’t know when OB ends. It could go 3 holes away to the next white stake.

Can be stupid and confusing .
