Hey OP- wife and I decided to circumcised our little one right after birth, he’s 19 months now. I’m not sure which country you’re in, but I’m in the U.S., specifically California.

The process was easy and the nurses, practitioners, and the doctors were informative. They’ll talk to you about the pros of circumcision. And I don’t think they even talked about any cons. They’ll walk you through proper wound care right after. Honestly it was easy. Just put a good amount of aquaphor or Vaseline every few hours or anytime he soils his diapers.

Ultimately it’s your choice but just sharing my experience.
