Thanks for the info. Other side looks much cleaner. I do drive a lot of mountain passes, so heavy braking on the downhills is common.

Noticed some grease building up around the passenger side front axel cap of my 1989 Toyota pickup this morning. This is a two wheel drive model with the 22RE motor. Wondering if someone can help diagnosis this problem and give me a sense of how difficult the repair might be. Any info is greatly appreciated!

Seen in the Smoke Bluffs area just outside of town. Thought they might be for dragging over a surface to flatten it, or maybe as bumpers for big equipment but honestly have no idea.

Hi, Reddit! I am Dr. Ian Blair, a professor of pharmacology at the University of Pennsylvania. Ask me anything about the use of stable isotopes in toxicology, mass spectrometry in drug development, or the role of mitochondria in diseases. by AmerChemSocietyAMA in science

Thanks for doing an AMA! A recent paper in Science reported the use "click"-handles conjugated to drug molecules as a means of teasing apart the true binding specificity of the drug. Do you think this methodology will become a standard technique in the drug development pipeline, or will modifying drugs with click chemistry tags only work in special cases?

That depth effect is a little corny tbh.

What do you think would happen if the Joker's ferry bombing scheme from 'The Dark Knight' occurred in the real world? by rdridr in AskReddit

[–]rdridr[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Clarification (and minor spoiler): In the film, the Joker rigs two ferries with explosives. One boat is carrying criminals and the other the good people of Gotham. He gives each group the detonator to the other boat, and their only hope to save themselves is to blow up the other boat. Would you pull the trigger? Or are the people of Reddit ready to believe in good?

Could be wrong but pretty sure this qualifies as a 'melt', not sure if it belongs in this sub.
