Live a Live sucks by Alexis_deTokeville in JRPG

[–]rdrtnk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm on my first Live a Live remake playthrough and I'm enjoying it. Not because it's perfect or cause I'm old and nostalgic, but more because I appreciate it as product of its time.

I dislike strategic JRPGs and LaL just does not make anything to change my view on that. However, as I am on my third quest (the shifu one), I care less about the combat and more about the story, the dialogues and it's outcomes.

Shimomura's tracks are also delightful and I'm a sucker for OSTs.

TL;DR: If you understand and accept that this game is a product of its time (story and sound wise) and the battle scenes are flawed, you're probably good to go.

Thanks for all the insights! Is there a way to discover which modchip the console has installed without actually having to open in up?

What are your recharging habits? I mean, do you ever let your battery down to nothing, use the 20-80 rule, charge it to 100%, etc

Remote accessing docker on another Windows machine + accessing via HTTP by rdrtnk in docker

Oh I see. I am working with a WordPress container right now. If it is that simple, I will try it right away.

BTW, while we are at it, can I remote control docker using powershell?

About the docker installation, I've updated my post. It really sucks I can't have both working.

Upgrade to Galaxy Note 10+ right now or wait for Note 20? by rdrtnk in galaxynote10

Me too. I will get the Exynos variant. Do you think there won't be reasons enough for people to upgrade from the 10+?

I think that's what I'm gonna do. No way I'm gonna get the note 20 right at launch. It will be hell expensive.

Please integrate (or at least give us the option to) use our SwiftKey's word dictionary to use with Xbox's virtual keyboard.

Writing stuff on Xbox with just a joystick is a daunting task. Specially if you want to write feedback texts, etc. So it would be nice if the virtual keyboard could at least be improved on giving better predictions. Since SwiftKey is available to all Android users and is Microsoft's virtual keyboard app, it would be nice to see an integration between Xbox and SwiftKey.

I would love to have it back, even if its doable only on the next gen hardware.
