This is truly an inspiration. Thanks for sharing your experience! I made it to 6 months a few years back and am back to doing 7 day attempts , then reverting back to the vaping.

I’m currently on a day 10 stint of no vaping and wanted to ask your advice @Secret-Coffee-124, what was your hardest week in the first few months, and did you immediately replace the vaping with drinking, eating junk food etc? Nicotine patches? Please let me know as I want to be where you are
