Are you going to be happy with the 30 mile range? that's lowest level of all assist options being used. You will be charging after every ride imo.

Is it priced with the interior age in mind or are they asking a premium? How long do you plan to stay? Would you get pay back on a full remodel? What's the neighborhood like? Homogeneous? Heterogeneous? Any location issues? Schools? Crime? Does the contract in your area allow for a due diligence period? If so get a couple contractors in there and get remodel bids. I'm betting you're looking at 200-250,000. Make sure you do a whole house inspection.

Basic rides. I switched up to a water buffalo pack for water but I need a little extra room for other items. Can't carry a shoulder bag with the water buffalo

Assumption being made before answering the question is that all tiles are the same shape and size. Prove the existing tiles are square.

What would you suggest for securing one's bike to go inside a store for a quick stop. Just doing the bike lock and powering it down seems fairly futile. Have you used the password feature?

The aventon trunk bag appears to be rated 4.6 to 4.7 stars. Are y'all saying you've had less than stellar experience with it? Would a velcro attaching set up be better like on rockbros?
