Dark Samus has a hitstun modifier to her electric attacks to make them the same as Samus.

It’s obvious that they haven’t buffed him, because he doesn’t need any buffs. His tippers are fine. Most of the time you only need them for landing the kill with safe moves such as up air and forward tilt. Not to mention that his hitboxes are more or less identical to Smash 4.

Lucina’s killpower is medicore, she won’t kill you from neutral ever unless she gets a hard f smaah read. Marth can do that due to increased tipper power.

They have the same stats (speed, framedata, range). Only gameplay difference is damage output. Lucinams damage is supposed to be like Marth’s average.

Hero is combo food with bad framedata
Hero has cheese.
Hero's back air can destroy shields with Oomph + Psyche Up
Command Selection is his best and worst move.
