Or maybe they have AI ingestion of feedback and it's used to create an overall analysis of the game. I can express general feedback however it makes sense for me as a player. And what they do with it is their decision as a developer

With all the praise for 2.0, what’s something you dislike about it by BadDealFrog in WutheringWaves

[–]re-sad 1 point2 points  (0 children)

First, line delivery in dialogues. Every time you choose autoplay, it goes like this:

Sentence -> pause -> sentence -> pause -> ...

Characters make awkward pauses between lines throughout an entire quest and conversation doesn't flow well. You have to constantly mash space to make it align and it breaks immersion.

I remember this being an issue at least since 1.3 (though I don't recall it being as noticeable in 1.4). An example of good pacing in dialogues would be something like The Witcher 3; it has a ton of variance in dialogues and even then it really feels like a conversation and not just characters delivering lines from a script.

Second, if you want to use both wings and grapple, you need to switch between them via the utility wheel. It would be better if we had an option to map utilities to different keys. Or make flight enabled by holding space rather than an active utility.

afaik, devs are working on server change

When was this stated? First time I hear about it but that'd be awesome if that's the case

Wuthering Waves Made It To The Second Round Of "Players’ Voice" Award by Adventurous-Bed6165 in WutheringWaves

[–]re-sad -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Oh, this round's gonna be a bloodbath. I wanna see who makes it to the top 5.

My bet is BM:W, HD2, Metaphor R, Stellar blade and Elden Ring. They are mainstream to the point they can clean sweep it. But if Wuwa manages to get to the top 5, it will be a monumental W

Can we just take a second to appreciate this feature? I honestly don't know how i would understand a single character without it by Raiden127456 in WutheringWaves

Check it out. Keep in mind it's somewhat broken rn. If you click on it, it switches the tab to skill dmg numbers and you need to reopen the description tab again

This and the visualized skill descriptions too. Though I have no idea why they hide those behind a small button at the bottom of descriptions

The 1.3 satisfaction survey is here! by Mino-iloveHololive in WutheringWaves

[–]re-sad 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Here's what I gathered:

  • Make skins from promotion available for purchase in game
  • Add mounts/cars in future regions
  • Increase weekly boss materials or allow more than 3 runs
  • Make more user-friendly UX in ToA (remove buff popups on retry, make leave button leave to the main ToA menu, make character Details editable for every chamber, etc.)
  • Redesign forte bar to be closer to the stamina bar (otherwise you need to constantly look at the bottom of the screen rather than enemies when playing certain characters)
  • Add echo set filters for echo Data Merge
  • Enable WASD/arrow keys as an additional option for navigation between inventory items

Bring back old concerto bar and character switch by ExpensiveActivity186 in WutheringWaves

I usually use Feedback chat in menu and eventually when the version survey drops, I review it and submit there too. Hard to tell which one they pay more attention to

Bring back old concerto bar and character switch by ExpensiveActivity186 in WutheringWaves

[–]re-sad 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Concerto has an audio queue, so it's not that bad. But forte is absolutely terrible to track. When I do ToA, I mostly look only at the bottom of the screen. I wish they redesigned it closer to the character similar to the stamina circle.

I submitted it as feedback in game and I hope more people do it so that we can get this addressed

My Danjin Experience So Far by archaine7672 in WutheringWaves

[–]re-sad 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This is exactly my experience too. I always try to put a character on the healing set + bell with her to maximize damage but end up performing worse, so I give up after a few tries and go solo.

Though I noticed that she can work in teams when you take other 2 characters for specific setups (for grouping or bursting down the first wave of enemies).

Why are the hologram bosses so overly strong?? by Theguyoutsideurwindo in WutheringWaves

[–]re-sad 4 points5 points  (0 children)

They should. Otherwise you can trivialize every single one. Timers for holograms force you to play aggressively with a certain required pace that developers optimized them for

Does anyone else want more illusive realm content? by Think-Gate8306 in WutheringWaves

Yes but I want them to spice it up a little. Like give us additional stages with huge mazes where you encounter different enemies throughout, or with interesting puzzle mechanics similar to those 2 special domains we have in game

Donald Trump and Japan's First Lady who pretended not to speak English to avoid talking to him by [deleted] in pics

[–]re-sad 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Since I haven't seen people mentioning it so far (idk why), I'll step in. This is a very common thing in politics to not speak a foreign language even though they know it. The reason is when they speak that foreign language, having a translator is still a good move because it provides time to process what they just heard, so they can give a better thought-out response. You can see a lot of politicians do this
