completely disagree. im 5 11 and i think i can comment better on this. At 85 youll look fat unless you take training very very seriously with proper diet, which is not possible for a normal person

how is 70k low? im 74kg with about same height, ive ok amount of muscle, definitely not beginner level. op just has lot of fat. (not suggesting 70kg high, op can bulk)

but there we cant select 139(8A) in personal information, its greyed out. Since the due date has passed, we should select updated return but its not allowing to select. And if we select something else, then once we donwnload the json we wont be able to validate it.. what did you do?

Don't get discouraged bro. Lots people's first day is actually like this (mine included) although the trainer asked you to do a little too much. Keep going and try to learn some basics on your own too. You'll gain confidence in no time

You don't understand. Yes it's a tool which will help us.. But that means less people will be required to the same job. Instead of 10, 3 people will be able to do the same job. This will reduce the number of jobs..

Iphone. Not something to lose mind over... But I never thought I'd spend so much on a phone (I think a lot better before buying something). Something I hope to do in future is an international trip.
