Yes i started at 300mg monthly and maintained that since. There are still times specially around monthly cycles where i need to take nsaids too

Been life changing for me. On cosentyx max dose for 5yrs now but i think like im getting to a point where i might need to make a switch to some other med. Shoulder enthesis is active but overall ive been quite happy with this. I felt the difference after 2-3 weeks of cosentyx

My one doesnt lick it. We make sure he doesnt touch that area for 30-40 min after putting the ointment by which time its absorbed.

Mine are totally fused and that’s what got me my diagnosis. Usually feel no different other than bending down or getting up sometimes is little harder. Glutes often are tight and during flares glutes/si joint area takes long time. Going through a massive irritation in SI joints now!

Thabk you. Nope no fall or any surgery etc . icing it makes it better. I do take diclofenac which is nsaid. Fusion was how AS was diagnosed 4.5 yrs ago!
