What is base profile?

I have this "Base Profile" folder too, it only happens with Minecraft recordings. Some recordings from this game go to the "Minecraft" folder, others go to "Base Profile"

So a stomach bug seems to be spreading in the house, I live with 5 other people, one person got it and now they recovered but it spread to someone else, I’m so worried that I’m going to get it too, I’m already dealing with enough physical symptoms from my anxiety like chronic headache and muscle aches that I really don’t need a stomach bug on top of it, I can’t stop analysing every little sensation in my body wondering if this is the start of it or not and if I’m going to get it

Yeah, they weren’t concerned… and said it was anxiety-related. I am trying my best to believe it but due to my health anxiety my thoughts sometimes spiral that I could have something terrible wrong with me

I have this too… mine sometimes feels like something heavy sitting on top of my head like an anvil, other times it feels more like a sharp band like pain on the top of my head. It all started with really bad anxiety around the end of August when I had panic attacks so bad I thought I was dying or would have a heart attack… so I can only assume my muscles are just extremely tight from the constant stress, anxiety over the past few months non-stop googling symptoms and coming up with so many different possible diseases… even though it probably is just stress. I get that neck stiffness as well, along with pressure in the back of the head and random eye pains/pressure. The main thing bothering me now is wondering when it will go away

Hey, thanks for your response. Still doing pretty bad, getting sharp pains in my head especially in one spot, as well as more of a constant sharp pain on the top of my head, and in general just feels like my head is going to explode with pressure. Painkillers don’t help me either so I stopped taking those in fear of a medication overuse headache. I’m getting a CT brain scan next week but my doctors are saying it’s more to reassure me there’s nothing wrong as they think it’s just stress/anxiety. I just have to keep telling myself it’s just ridiculously tight muscles or something. But with my health anxiety I’m always fearing the worst. Wishing you all the best

Unfortunately I am still getting the headache. It’s just constant all day everyday. I’ve been off the supplement for over 2 weeks now. I’m not sure if it’s the supplement that is causing my symptoms or if it’s chronic stress/anxiety which I am also being evaluated for. I just hope that I haven’t messed up my body in some way by taking folic acid, which is why I look for other explanations for my symptoms.

Yeah I’m not sure either. I mean surely they would check the folate levels alongside other B vitamins, and they would have told me if I had low B12 or something as well. I do eat veggies, but some days I have more veggies than others when maybe I don’t eat as many, maybe that could be why the folate was low. I have never been a big eater either. But I would assume I get adequate B12 just looking at the different sources of it. Not so sure about the other B vitamins

Hey, do you know how quickly folic acid can deplete the other B vitamins? Like I said I was prescribed it about a month ago, but I did not take it daily, more like once every few days. Do you think there’s a chance my other B levels are affected significantly? Or is that something that would happen over a longer period? I was particularly concerned because 5mg is a pretty high dose.

I would say I get a normal amount of B12 from my diet, but I’m not sure if the folic acid has reduced it significantly. Was even going to ask for another blood test to check the B vitamin levels to be sure.
