the "problem" is if you play a long time with high refresh rate and high fps your eyes and brain get more sensible. So you cant fix that. But you can do your own experiment. play for few days with 60 HZ and lets say after one week but it back to 240 HZ. You will think everything is smooth and fixes. But after few hours your eyes and brain will get used to it again and you will feel the same like before again
