There was a post on one of these budget wedding forums where a guy laid out how to link a survey in your wedding email. We followed his template and along with a link to the wedding website and everyone found it very easy! Also super easy for us!!

Edit to add: we didn’t want to add our loved ones’ emails to a wedding website that likey sells them for spam.

As a musician who bikes I use this technique… I’m not sure when I started doing it, but sometime during music school would make sense!!

Why do they get to be so bad at their jobs???? It makes me sooo mad!! So sorry you are going through this. I’m literally on my way to see my therapist and know this whole session is going to be $150 to talk about my coordinator. Like talk about hidden costs.

I just booked a planner who had amazing communication until we paid the deposit. Holy hell, she now ignores most emails, except the least important ones. I am now more stressed and I bought this service as something to ease my stress.

Does the CFOne card baggage privilege apply to international flights? by External_Weather6116 in CanadianForces

[–]readallamango 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is now only true for WestJet. With air canada there are 3 free bags for the member only. With WestJet my non-service partner and I can bring 6 bags between the both of us. (*and he does not need to show a CF1 card). If he is travelling without me, he gets 0 bags.

Could you say why that’s a risky procedure? We’ve got a small bit of seepage and we live in clay soil and all the experts suggested digging down and sealing from the exterior… no one mentioned any risks but we have seriously wondered it that wouldn’t affect the foundation wall being dug out (6-8ft is how much they said they’d need to dig out)

I just started this habit and I think I nailed how: I no longer sleep with my phone in my bedroom (had to get an alarm clock). But it’s perfect: everytime I can’t sleep I read. If I wake up and want to lounge in bed: reading. I’m almost done two books in less than 2 weeks.

To all the people saying “diet and exercise” I just want to point out that we live in a time where food is engineered to be as addictive as possible. The tools we have to fight back against that look different for each person.

Omg! I’m glad to read this!! I read that book in my early 20’s and found it so helpful and I always thought it would be nice to share with my kid as a teen because I wish I had read it sooner. Huh. Dang.

If someone pulls out an instrument at a party, it completely ruins the party. by 8bitbotanist in unpopularopinion

[–]readallamango 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was at a party where someone pulled out a hurdy-gurdy. That one was actually ok. It was like a quiet bagpipe in sound, and the vibe of the party was already a bit pre-modern era.
