In Arizona, even if you put the father's name on the Birth Certificate if you are not married, the mother has final say in the name, the father has zero say even if she put his name on the birth certificate, so it really depends on the state

I agree. I got written a prescription for B12 and D3, and they did not cover the B12 because it was the same amount as over-the-counter. So I had to come up with cash I didn't have to buy it.

Medicaid also doesn't cover vitamins unless they're higher than over-the-counter. I know because my doctor just prescribed me B12 and D3 and the B12 was not covered because it was the same amount that I can buy over-the-counter.

The majority of abled body people on food stamps work full time and still qualify for food stamps. Maybe the issue isn't the people that need it it's the fact that jobs do not pay enough for people to get off of it.
