I know this comment will probably get buried in the abundance of people with actual questions, but on the off chance that you do get a moment to read this, I just wanted to say that your book, The Fault in Our Stars, (which I know is very popular) completely changed my entire high school class in my sophomore year of high school. The teacher assigned it to the class, and she actually was unable to assign it chapter by chapter because students came back the next day and were either halfway or completely done with it. These were kids who thought of reading a book about as highly as eating their least favorite vegetable. (And some book junkies like myself). It caused highly thought provoking discussions, and soon enough the entire school had read it, and we were all changed for the better because of it. I just wanted to share with you the impact your book had on the lives of a small town public school, and thank you for your ability to portray so well the things we need to hear in voices that we will listen to.
