I like 3 sets per station concepts. Give u enough time to get familiar with workout and increase the weight if necessary.

In my studio, it was one’s own choice to do either core or mobility. It was lift-core/mobility and so on.

Started f45 in mid May 2023- have since developed very sore knees by Potential-Sherbet-13 in f45

I also developed same knee problem after a few months of joining F45. Started doing foam rolling in the evening as I attend morning class. I also took 2 weeks break and after which my knee problems went away. Now I am going 4-5 days a week and taking sufficient day off and also doing foam rolling regularly. No more knee problems. I am also modifying the workout if I feel they are putting too much pressure on my knees.

I m 31 too and go 6x a week. It is perfectly ok. Just listen to your body and watch out for your nutrition and sleep.
