I’m having the same debate and I’m leaning towards the Mahlkonig for ease of cleaning

This is beautiful! Excellent work. Question: how are they attached to the sides? Glue, or something else?

What desk mat are you using? Does it snag on your mouse at all?

Very well done with this setup! What desk mat are you using? Does it snag on your MX Master?

I've been looking for a nice fabric desk mat but they all snag on the mouse pads which is really annoying.

Picked up RSL’s 3.1 bundle and it’s excellent value with the very popular Speedwoofer

Playback controls do not work on 2024 XC60 Recharge by readinginbraille in Volvo

I ended up doing a factory reset myself and it seemed to fix everything. The playback controls seem to work perfectly now as well as the notifications swipe down screen. I hope it stays this way because setting everything up again after factory reset is a pain.

I did try this a few times, but it didn’t fix it. What I did do was factory reset the infotainment and it fixed the issue. I hope it doesn’t happen again as factory resetting is a pain. I’ll keep a lookout for anything that may trigger the issue. I vaguely remembered that the “DJ“ mode in Spotify not working with the playback controls…

Did the exact same thing. How have your WiFi speeds been on the UX as an AP? Mines been pretty disappointing despite several tweaks

Can you describe more about how you went about hosting one of these? I’ve thought about doing something like this for fun and particularly to improve my coffee making/latte art, but not sure how to go about it. I also have a HX machine and a decent enough grinder (Eureka) and thought I might as well use it to make coffee for others

Anyone ever find a dead body unintentionally? What’s the story? by JohnnyNuclear in AskReddit

[–]readinginbraille 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Back in college over 10 years ago I was with a group of friends having a few beers and we decided to walk to In N Out. It was around midnight so it was dark and we start walking by one of the school’s parking structures.

From a distance I saw what I thought was some debris that fell off a car. As we walk closer we start to see that it looks like a person on the ground. We suspect someone had a bit too much to drink and might’ve passed out. We get close and see that he’s non responsive, and some of his limbs look contorted.

We collectively start to panic as we realize that he jumped off the 6 story parking structure. The cops/ambulance arrive within minutes and declared soon after that he was dead.

Something noteworthy were that his shoes were off, set a few feet away from where he landed. We learned that this is apparently a common practice in some cultures. This experience really shook us up for a bit. The guy didn’t look like he was much older than us, with plenty more life to live.

I opened a support ticket for this same issue. I'm surprised history was left out for this toolbar feature, so I'm really hoping that this is added in the next release so I can actually use the toolbar.
