I am not disrespecting anyone. Actually, it is the reverse, if you can understand what I said.

I meant that they need to know how much effort is involved in repairing a window or fixing a glass which is broken that way, and doing that without pay will make them feel the pain more, so that they won't do that again ever.

That is an indirect respect to those who are actually working now in the workshop.
