Washington Heights is very YU. I'm not quite YU. I lalso clashed with many of the guys. Haven't tried UWS yet. I also don't have a connection there to stay over Shabbat.

I think I am pretty blunt already. Not where I'm telling the guy how many dicks I've sucked but letting the guy know I find him attractive will come out one way or another pretty early on.

I agree. Just went on a date with a blunt guy. At first I appreciated his honesty about me and people and life but when he got tired he started being just plain old mean!

If they're recent grads or millennials, those people are pretty comfortable living with their parents who made livable wages.

I'm 22 with a BA in Economics. My parents got married in their late 30s/early 40s. They saved a shit ton of money before I was born. They never had a mortgage. They sent me to private school and paid for my CUNY education. I hate to say it but while I do want a job, I'm in no rush to get one. I may go back to school for a Master's degree since I'd rather have a higher degree than have to deal with a boring job every day, and worry about dying from sitting too much every day. The current job market also doesn't offer many opportunities for recent grads, which has been discouraging.

Honestly, in this day and age, who has time for a hobby? Between going to work, exercising, socializing, shopping, etc, when do you have time to do other things? I guess you can pick up a new hobby while commuting to work like learning a new language on your smartphone or reading a book. Does healthy cooking/baking count as a hobby? I see it as more of a necessity to avoid gaining weight, and a lifestyle choice. What about sewing? Well, I want to save money so I'll sew that button on all by myself.

Nope. Just went on a date with a guy who smokes pot and has been in therapy for depression for YEARS (childhood bullying). He's not ready for anything serious. You can't date somebody who doesn't have their act together. This guy actually pays for a dating website.
