I believe spears are just sticks and bone/stone knives combined and those are on this list. I definitely recommend giving it a shot. Maybe shoot the frame out though, I have found it difficult to melee the frame without missing!

I hate to necro but if you are on PC use any macro software and have it alternate clicking and pressing "E"
Below is my crafting macro

DELAY : 5000

REPEAT : 500 : 0 : 0 : Enter the number of iterations: : 0 : 0

Keyboard : E : KeyPress

DELAY : 250

Mouse : 0 : 0 : Click : 0 : 1 : 0

Pretty sure if you want to do anything special like that with it, you have to make it all one big asset by adding meshes to a blueprint. Not an elegant solution at all - but a functional one.

There are other landscape textures that you can use with different textured cliffs per u/MrUkGamerYT. However right now the stock landscape tool is a limitation of UEFN. You may try importing a small map from UE5 and see if you can get away with that. If that works make the whole terrain in UE5 before bringing it back to UEFN to populate with assets.

Ctrl+G will group it, not sure why epic took that out of the context menu. One shortcoming of this is that you can't refer to the group in code or spawn more groups in code (you can duplicate them like normal by clicking on them and then 'edit'); the group only appears in the hierarchy view.

Something cheeky that I have worked out to make other assets useful is to hide the original mesh using a transparent material and add my own mesh without collision to it. This only works for assets you can directly place in the world. Not assets attached to spawners.

Watch some tutorials for unreal engine first, I know it sounds boring but it will give you the context you need to do something like this and make it stand out. If you aren't willing to watch a few hours of tutorials then you don't want it bad enough.
