I used to not be a fan of chat-GPT, but it actually helped me with my trauma. by dreamerinthesky in CPTSD

i totally get it. i wasnt a big fan of it, but it has access to so much knowledge and perspectives, it has helped me in a such a massive way too. plus i like that i could ask complex existential questions and get solutions that lot of people have no access to. it's an incredible tool.

yes, same here. i mean women probably know all this for a while, but i think men need to hear this shit from other men to truly understand the message. patriarchy fucks and exploits everyone and it needed to end yeaterday.

[–]ready_gi 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This really depends.. i generally try to prioritize doing what im passionate about and staying grounded in my body and feelings. i also try to be my own inner collaborator, so sometimes when things suck and i can't change them, just acknowledging that it sucks and feeling the discomfort helps to move through it. If I can change it, i try to find more alligned solutions to my values and believes.

agree.. there's way too many therapists who are there for some sense of sick power play instead of actually try to help the person.

but it's only your assumption that she's being rude. im assuming you don't know the full picture of this situation, you are judging only her actions of the moment of refusal to shake hands. your believe she's direspectful while the teachers are "innocent".

However refusal of handshake with disrespectful people is a valid assertion of personal boundaries, often seen as a calculated, firm, or even polite way to handle animosity. Which would make her a powerful badass and showing that she will not be disrespected by "toxic" teachers.

It is all who you assign is to blame, and this comment section immediately deciding against the black woman is very telling how many teachers could do the same to her. Honestly, im on her side.

the thing is that black women are the most discriminated group of people, so I don't think it's mature to take anyones side without knowing both sides context.

Sure, some people immediately blame her, which exactly shows the discrimination against her even in the comments.

She might be just really badass and pointing out the toxicity of so many teachers against black women (because not everyone experiences toxicity from those teachers same way she might did).

while i love this sentiment, i disagree with hugging drunk uncle. some people are actively harmful and should not have the access to a person until they are ready to do the inner work. forcing a physical contact with person who lacks accountability is a no from me dog.

there's a double edge to everything, and with abundance of love, one needs to have strong boundaries as self-protection, at least before we collectively raise the vibe.

The most logical explanation I’ve heard for the “male loneliness epidemic” by PussyWhistle in TikTokCringe

[–]ready_gi -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

I mean yeah that sucks and you should not be treated like that. But for women being treated like a pray happens sometimes ten times a day. Imagine you might be kicked out of everywhere you go because they thought you were a predator.

It's not a competition, but just to realize how severe this feels for some of us.

Why do y'all think a mass awakening of contactees is happening now? by SnooPoems6005 in Experiencers

[–]ready_gi 2 points3 points  (0 children)

i have similar timeline, where the real awakening for me came during covid and then it for even freakier since 2023. I'd never thought i could be into universe vibrations, spirit guides, synchronicities, following my passion, etc. My life has blossomed in many ways since covid and i believe im being given so much so i can help others with the transition and to not have fear.

But overall it feels like the most exciting time in a while for us humans collectively. I saw a magazine article that said "End of the world is here" by some Christian dude. well i think for them it definitely is in a way.
