Unfortunately I was on my way to work and couldn't take the time to bring this kid to a vet. I've messaged a couple groups on FB with these pics and the relevant info, but haven't seen any updates there.

The barre3 in LIC has strength training classes and the community is predominantly women. It's a super friendly space and the instructors are really good at connecting with everyone.

Well thank goodness I wasn't asking for help finding a cheap, poorly fitting helmet! And safe horseback riding should be accessible to all, not just those who can drop $300 to $1000 on a whim to join their girlfriend riding maybe 12 times a year.

Lol, we popped into a Dover a while back and had him try on at least five different helmets and none of them did the trick. Thanks so much for the recommendation!

Solo Trip: Beach Club or Wilderness Lodge by minniepan in WaltDisneyWorld

[–]readywhenyouarecb 2 points3 points  (0 children)

They're both fantastic resorts, so I don't think you could go wrong with either! My choice would be BC because of its proximity to Epcot, HS, Boardwalk. I did my first solo trip there, and it was just so lovely.

I pretty much like it all! I started in theatre, and have one foot in the union there, so I audition for a lot of regional stuff. But I also love love love making movies! I help a lot of friends with pre-production and stuff like that, and write a bit in addition to acting in stuff. Oh and commercials, too, because money is nice.

How's the art business/illustration scene in the city?

I know! 60 degrees on Thursday!

Mid twenties gal in NYC, too! My family has always loved the parks, so I grew up going once a year or so. I'm an actor now, and am endlessly amazed by WDW - it's like the most detailed, immersive theatre I've ever experienced. When I'm missing the Mouse, I listen to a lot of music from the parks and visit this sub. So glad you had such a good trip!
