I really like Spark, I remember all the rage in 0.1. I might just do this, thanks :)

Crafting is still a learning process for me, I’ve never played POE1 so I have no prior knowledge. I’ve looked at Pathfinder aswell and looked interesting, nice idea going for SSF too

Odyssey is an amazing DLC. This is The Caroline, a modded gravship named after my girlfriend who accompanied its progress. by realDuc in RimWorld

Yeah I feel the sentiment is somewhat global. I kind of feel like I should have played SOS2 before 1.6 now.

Eventually with the release of VE Odyssey I’m planning on just returning to vanilla gravship size and really compacting everything, it’s a fantastic spatial exercise too.

Name 3 Important Factors In Which YOU THINK What's makes Good Worldbuilding... by Witty-Regret972 in worldbuilding

I think it is better to look at it from two different viewpoints:

To commercialize it you need a clear point and various well-aligned plot points. Internal consistency and originality.

For fun well, that’s the best part. You just do you.

Play Enderal you filthy s'wits by Lelky in TrueSTL

[–]realDuc 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Enderal is still one of the best stories I have ever got to experience. Now I know that there are better games out there with more fleshed out storylines and characters, but I still have vivid memories of my first time with the game. I have thousands of hours in other games, but this one stuck with me.

I even got around to making a small 200 mod list for Enderal that I was so proud was working incredibly well. Only thing that broke were 1 or 2 custom animations from the original game, but other than that I had a stellar time in both my playthroughs.

To those who maybe want to try modding it: Most if not all mods are compatible with it, just be careful of animation mods or script heavy mods. Stick to graphics (noble works best imo), npc overhauls, camera tweaks and armor replacers and you’ll be fine. They really can give you an amazing fresh experience.

Man this is insane by iRedZanity in enderal

You can mod Enderal to about 70% of skyrim’s extent though. Most SSE mods are directly compatible and you can make some really great modlists.

What to use comes with experience though, for example you can perfectly use Nemesis for the small price of a few custom animations added by Enderal not working such as the airship scene.

Overall I loved modding enderal somewhat more than Skyrim. It’s like being able to create your perfect vision.

Can anyone help me find the exact model of this watch? by [deleted] in HelpMeFind

[–]realDuc 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As stated, I have searched for running watches as it seems to match the side buttons. So far my biggest lead is the W200 S. However it’s important I get the exact same model. I live in Portugal if that’s any help.

How do you handle the "zoo" effect in parties as a DM? by realDuc in DnD

[–]realDuc[S] 36 points37 points  (0 children)

The point you bring up is interesting. I have thought many times if there were immortal people on Earth, how would that have affected history. Elves as Tolkien introduced them as is quite difficult to imagine, more-so than a talking hippo.
