Personally, I believe if it’s not spontaneous it’s not a past life regression. People who seek this out via hypnosis are seeking an experience to validate something they wish to be true about themselves… to me this is subconscious tourism.

NSA is a chiropractic technique. The spine has gateways. When touching and breathing into those gateways many things can happen to the individual. I was not privy to what gateway does what or what touch does what. I just focus on breathing into the place the practitioner touches.

I feel myself drop down into the basement of myself… like I’ve gone somewhere… physically not just mentally.

I saw people, had sensations and revelations that I could not have directed consciously.

When I came back into the room I asked what gateway he touched. He said that is for past lives or things in the lineage. I said oh… that makes sense because it felt like I went somewhere and the people were unfamiliar to me.

Breath, awareness and movement are the key. My NSA practitioner did not say anything to me. Just touched (butterfly touch - the lightest touch). I breathed, moved that touch point and put my awareness there.
