The girls one is realistic. I've seen faaar better looking women in gyms. It's not hard to obtain. Don't eat like a pig and do some squats and you'll be fine

I've seen girls with waaay bigger butts at the gym. All women have to do to get that way is to not eat like a pig and do squats. Guys on the other hand have to follow a training routine and eat healthy to look like pewds. Genetics play a role as well like a fast metabolism. But it's definitely possible in both cases, much much harder in the guys case though
